Exchange Policy
- Items can only be exchanged if defective or due to wrong sizes.
- By Harmoni only offers exchanges, no refunds would be issued.
- Items can be exchanged for items of equivalent or lower value as the ones purchased.
- For items with higher value, the difference in price would need to be transferred.
- In the unfortunate circumstance where you think you have received a defective item, please email us at customerservice@byharmoni.com.
- Exchange request has to be made within 3 days of receiving items.
- Item has to be in unused and unwashed condition.
- Exchange request should include your order number and details of the defective item.
- Once By Harmoni has acknowledged the exchange request,the item would need to be delivered back to us to be inspected.
- By Harmoni would not bear any delivery cost incurred.
- Upon inspection, if the item is deemed defective by our team, By Harmoni will proceed with mailing out the replacement item.
